FAQ
How many pictures will we receive and how will we receive them?
I have an investment guide that will go over this answer in more detail, but each package includes a certain amount of images with the option to buy your entire gallery as an add-on.
I deliver photos through an online image delivery system. You will be able to download them as many times as you would like and even print directly from the gallery!
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Newborns are best photographed between 4-14 days old! Please schedule before your baby is born to ensure we can take our photos at the prime time!
What are your prices?
All types of sessions start at $250! If this is out of your budget, no worries, I do have more affordable mini sessions several times per year. Follow me on Instagram to learn about these!
How do we know where to take photos?
Don't worry! I have tons of location ideas from stunning hills to local parks to cute natural light studios in your area.
What is your turnaround time?
I love to return photos asap! For newborns, my turnaround time is max 3 weeks. For all other sessions, it is max 2 weeks!
How should we dress for our session?
Short answer...neutrals always look good. I also have a client style guide specifically meant to fit my editing style and look good in studio or in the typical outdoor locations that I use!
When is the best time to schedule maternity photos?
Everyone carries differently, but as a general rule, we should try to do your maternity photos between 28-34 weeks when you have a cute bump, but still have lots of energy and mobility.
Where is your studio?
I most often use a studio in Austin. However, there are studios all throughout the city that we can use if needed!
Can we take photos in our home?
Absolutely! I love in home sessions. They are so personal and intimate. However, it is important that you have a lot of natural light! I will ask you to send some photos of your home during our session time so that I can see if it will work!
Do you retouch images?
I will retouch skin imperfections, such as: blemishes, bruises, acne, redness, etc. However, the authenticity of the image is important to me. I won't photoshop anything that isn't temporary like changing face shape, weight or other physical features. If you are self-conscious about something please let me know so that I can be aware in my posing and camera angles!
